Running Train Heist
Your clients will be injected into the heart the great Cloncurry Train Heist of 1938. In true NCIS-style participants will take on the role of detective to crack this ongoing cold case to win the day and earn a place in the elite detective force. Time is against them as they use evidence taken from the scene, competing to piece together the mystery before anyone else!
This simulation will stretch teams in all the right ways with an opportunity to practice alternative thinking styles, tap into innate team work behaviours and uncover hidden talents. By immersing a group in a unique scenario based around fun, Train Heist allows for a diverse tapestry of learning that can be pulled with ease to match the outcomes they are looking for.

Brilliant. Absolutely brilliant. I can’t recommend it highly enough. It was so interesting to watch people at the beginning sitting quite still, some with folded arms looking very suspicious and I would say within 15 minutes you had teams interacting, mixing, communicating with each other and laughing.

Out of this world
The events these guys put on are out of this world. My work colleagues are a mix of all types of people but every last one of us enjoy their games. We’ve done both Mastership Game and Train Heist and both exceeded our expectations. Can’t wait to see what’s available for next year’s team challenge!
